Neighborhood covenants help ensure that The Jonathan Association remains neat, well-kept, and harmonious in appearance. The actions of errant property owners are contrary to this mission.
An Audit is currently being performed to ensure all homeowners comply with the covenants as set forth for each neighborhood. Courtesy notices will be sent with photos of infraction(s) with expected date of corrective action. Members in violation are subject to Jonathan Association Architectural Review Violations Policy. Members who correct violations of the policy, in accordance with the courtesy notice, do not receive a fine. Members who require a 2nd notice, will receive a $50 fine. The fine schedule increases with each notice sent. The association seeks to enforce the covenants in a fair and respectful manner.
